General plumbing & drainage services

  • Call out fee – $70.00

  • Labour rate – $30 per 15 minute block (minimum charge 1 hour)

  • Vehicle charge – from $35.00 applies from second site visit onwards

  • Apprentice rate – from $17.50 per 15-minute block (minimum charge 1 hour)

Plus materials or associated costs.

Gasfitter

General gasfitting services

  • Call out fee – $70.00

  • Labour rate – $32.50 per 15 minute block (minimum charge 1 hour)

  • Vehicle charge – from $35.00 applies from second site visit onwards

  • Apprentice rate – from $17.50 per 15-minute block (minimum charge 1 hour)

Plus materials or associated costs. All gas fitting jobs come with gas safety certificate from $70.00.

Roofer

General roofing services

  • Call out fee – $70.00

  • Labour rate – $30 per 15 minute block - minimum charge one hour

  • Vehicle charge – from $35.00 applies from the second site visit onwards

  • Apprentice rate – from $17.50 per 15-minute block (minimum charge 1 hour)

Plus materials or associated costs. Minimum two tradesmen required for roofing jobs.

Standard rates

  • Drain unblocking – from $230.00 per hour

  • Unblocking & CCTV – from $360.00 per hour

  • Leak detection – from $170.00 per hour

  • Concrete cutter hire – from $140.00

  • Concrete breaker hire – from $80.00

  • Wet & dry vacuum – from $40.00

  • Rubbish removal (for non-recycle waste) – from $30.00 or price per kg

After hours & public holidays

  • Call out fee – $160.00 including return travel

  • Labour rate – $220.00 per hour (minimum charge 1 hour)

Public holiday rates

  • Call out fee – $200.00 including return travel

  • Labour rate – $280 per hour (minimum charge 1 hour)

Notes

  • Our standard charge hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

  • All costs are GST exclusive.

  • Charging time calculated from base to base, job to job or job to base

  • All time related to the job, including pickup, crediting, waste removal, and travel time, is chargeable.

  • Quoted or estimated jobs will require a 50% deposit before work commences.

  • Payment can be made by direct debit, cash, or credit card (a 3% surcharge applies).

  • All payments are due within 7 days (unless agreed otherwise with company management prior to the commencement of the job).

  • Overdue invoices may incur a 10% monthly interest charge in accordance with our terms of trade.
